Intermix Media Settlement with New York

Check out this eWeek article about the recent settlement against Intermix Media that resulted in a fine and settlement of $7.5 million dollars. At least this company has been brought to justice and it should serve to warn other such companies that retribution may be at hand if you go around spreading Spyware/Adware.
